Prior to Prudential, I worked as a Corporate Vice President at New York Life, where I led a project management unit focused on the development of insurance products. Within the first year of joining the company, I successfully built a team, drove the use of project management as central to the company’s product development approach, and supported the rollout of multiple products.
Before New York Life, I continuously gained more responsibilities, and was frequently assigned the tough jobs due to my grit and “get-it-done” mentality. At Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, I led regulatory initiatives related to the Affordable Care Act, and managed various technology projects at Cornell University. During my tenure at Cornell, I completed a dual degree program at Seton Hall University, achieving an MBA and a Masters in Diplomacy.
In 2005, I built and scaled a boutique style consulting firm, that assisted small to mid size organizations optimize their business processes with cutting edge technology. I began my career in the technology field, as an IT Manager with The Salvation Army, after graduating from Stockton University with a BSc in Computer Science.
